Our Story
Mountain Reign Construction is a family-owned General Contracting firm serving the Pacific Northwest. We focus on thoughtful, high-quality construction and take on a limited number of projects so every home meets our standards - and yours.
Brian, our CEO, is a third generation General Contractor and Land Developer, whose career spans decades of hands-on experience. From framing to finishing, he knows every detail of the building process and has a deep understanding of what it takes to create homes that last. Brian brings extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction. His background allows him to approach every build with expertise, precision, and a focus on long-term value. Beyond his technical expertise, Brian is known for his integrity, meticulous planning, and ability to guide clients through every step of the build with clarity and confidence. His dedication ensures that every project reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Outside of work, Brian values time with his family and enjoys traveling whenever opportunity arises. Some of his favorite moments are the simple ones - walking the beaches of Hawaii with his wife, Destinee, and enjoying the life they have built together, as a family of 7.
Destinee, our President, began working alongside Brian on small projects after they got married, quickly building hands-on experience in every aspect of residential construction. Destinee earned her diploma from the Interior Design Institute, bringing a sharp eye for design, functionality, and detail to every project she manages. Her expertise ensures that each endeavor is carefully planned, beautifully executed, and built to last.
Destinee has a deep love for culinary arts and was accepted into culinary school in 2020. While her path took a different direction, her passion for creating meaningful experiences never left. She is deeply family oriented and loves gathering her family around the table, raising farm animals, and spending time at the beach making memories that last with those closest to her.
Together, Brian and Destinee have built Mountain Reign Construction into a business that reflects their shared values: careful planning, attention to detail, and a commitment of doing things right. Over the years, their family and business have relocated across Washington, Montana, and Texas before returning to the Pacific Northwest with their five children. These experiences have given them a broad perspective on construction, while their focus on quality and intentional building remains constant.
Ryan, our Vice President, brings extensive roofing expertise and a talent for managing projects and people. Known for his problem-solving skills, practical knowledge and dedication to quality, he plays a key role in keeping projects organized, efficient, and aligned with Mountain Reign's high standards. His collaborative approach makes him an essential part of the team.
When he's not on a job site, you'll likely find Ryan on a motorcycle - a true motorcycle connoisseur, he values good rides and good company. Ryan enjoys going on walks at the beach, being with his family and slowing down enough to enjoy the moments that matter.
