From HUD to Home
Started as a HUD property, we transformed it from top to bottom. Interior and exterior updates included: paint, carpet, tile, roofing, windows, siding, appliances, a covered back patio, and landscaping - every detail thoughtfully handled.

Southside Estates Development
We managed the full land development for a 98-lot subdivision, from site planning to permitting, transforming the land into a ready-to-build subdivision. This included: clearing and grubbing, cutting in roads, laying fabric and gravel, drainage, grading and utility prep, ensuring every lot was prepared to the highest standards. Every step was executed with precision, care, and attention to detail, creating a strong base for the homes that followed and setting the tone for quality across the entire community.

Haven - Single Family, 1,440 sq ft
Haven is a cozy and inviting home designed for comfort and everyday living. Thoughtful touches like an open living area, warm finishes, and intimate spaces make it the perfect retreat for family life.

Willow - Single Family, 2,167 sq ft
Willow blends rustic-modern charm with functional elegance. Offering a secondary living space, while the chef-inspired kitchen with two islands is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Generous windows and the open layout keeps the home light, bright and welcoming.

Rowan - Townhouse, 1,431 sq ft per side (2,862 sq ft total)
Rowan offers a sophisticated townhouse layout with generous space and thoughtful flow. While there is no garage, each unit features a carport, and subtle architectural details give it a premium, grounded feel.

Ember - Townhouse, 1,276 sq ft per side (2,552 sq ft total)
Ember is a cozy townhouse that balances charm and function. Each unit includes a garage and a front patio with subtle timber framing, adding rustic character while maintaining a warm, approachable feel.

337 - Site Work
MRC completed full site preparation for this project, including clearing and grubbing, cutting in roads, laying fabric and gravel, and compacting the foundation. Every phase was executed with precision, setting a solid base for future construction and showcasing our expertise in large-scale land development.

ATV Shop
This custom-built (47'x16') ATV shop is designed for function and convenience, featuring two garage doors on each end for drive-through access, a man door on the side, and windows that bring in natural light. It's the perfect space for ATV's and small toys, combining practicality with thoughtful design.

Everwood- Single Family, 3,636 sq ft
Everwood is a spacious rustic-modern farmhouse designed for comfortable, elevated living. Thoughtful details, open layouts, and warm finishes create a home that balances grandeur with approachability. Families will enjoy the bonus room above the garage, optional finished basement, and a chef-inspired kitchen with a large island and pantry - perfect for gatherings. Thoughtful touches like vaulted ceilings, and generous windows bring light and character to every room.

The 47 Development - Site Prep
The 47 project spans 47 acres and was planned for 17 lots, each varying from 1 to 3 acres. We managed all site planning and permitting with the county, coordinating with MDT to secure access for a road off of the highway. From there, we cut in the road, laid fabric and gravel, preparing the site for future construction. Every step was executed with precision and care, showcasing our expertise in land development and large-scale project coordination.
