A 47-acre development planned for 17 thoughtfully designed lots ranging from 1-3 acres. The project included site planning, county coordination and securing MDT approval for direct highway access. Road access was established with fabric and gravel installation to prepare the site for future infrastructure.

While the project did not move into full buildout, significant groundwork preparation were successfully completed.
